Had a change of heart? Never fear, you can shop with confidence, knowing you can easily return or exchange your item (only for hijabs) for a store credit. We are so confident that you will love our collections that we offer a 3-days from the date of delivery for a change of mind return or exchange. We only ask that the product be in its original condition with all tags intact.

How does it work if I want to return my purchase?
To initiate a return, please contact our support team via WhatsApp at +919747417615 or Instagram DM at @shabz_hijabz . A return postage and handling charge of Rs. 60 will be charged. Once your return is approved, you can use India Post, DTDC Courier, or Delhivery for the return. Products should be in their original packaging with all tags intact. For change of mind returns, we can only issue a store credit .Please note that we do not offer refunds.
